Meet Our Founder & CEO Kostas
Kostas, our Yacht Master and lead scuba diving instructor, brings over four decades of sailing experience across the Greek Islands.
With an impressive academic background, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gymnastics and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Athletic Injuries. Kostas’ love for the sea began in 1987, leading to his Yacht Master Offshore Certification in 1998. The following year, he became a PADI Open Water Instructor and Medic First Aid Instructor. By 2000, he earned his CMAS Instructor certification, and in 2007, he became an Emergency First Response Instructor. With Kostas at the helm, every journey is filled with excitement, expertise, and unforgettable moments. At Dream Cruises, sailing isn’t just what we do—it’s what we love.

Meet Yannis Naxos lead skipper
Yannis is an experienced and safety-conscious lead skipper with over 20 years of experience in transporting sailing boats across the Mediterranean and operating sailing boats for daily/weekly cruises in the Greek Islands.
With a strong knowledge of the Aegean’s diverse routes and ports, an understanding of local waters and weather patterns, Yannis is dedicated to maintaining high standards of vessel safety.
Passionate about the sea, skilled in navigating both calm and challenging waters while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, memorable and secure experience for all passengers.
Yannis got his Offshore Sailing Certification from the Aegean Sailing Club (Sailing Club of Porto Rafti) in 2005. He speaks fluently Greek, English and Portuguese.
