What does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?
The Best Price Guarantee covers all private luxury cruises within, to, or from the Greek Islands, booked through Naxos Cruises. You won’t find a more comprehensive or better-supported price guarantee available from any other private cruise service today.

How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?

Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Best Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive a lower-qualified quote after booking with Naxos Cruises, we will meet it. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Notifying Naxos Cruises. You must contact us at +44 7935248048 within forty-eight (48) hours after your Naxos Cruises booking. The lower quote must be available for booking at the time you contact us and not a pending or uncertain availability, as determined by our cruise managers. You will be asked to forward, via either fax or email, the qualified quote as defined below.

Qualified Quotes. Qualified quotes are independently prepared, written offers for the exact same itinerary and cruise vessel category, operated under the same maritime regulations by a registered and certified cruise operator. Not acceptable examples include, but are not limited to: website screenshots; automatically generated estimates; informal emailed or verbal price offers; or quotes from uncertified operators.

Must be an “Apples to Apples” Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, the exact same dates and times of travel, ports of call, and cruise vessel category. It applies only to the cost of the booked cruise, including all cruise-related fees and expenses, without including any taxes and international/customs processing fees. The Guarantee is not available for bookings where the itinerary, vessel, fees, or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.

Comparison Quotes Must Be Available to the General Public. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices and quotes available to the general public. For example, this does not include quotes offered from a membership program, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, bulk purchases, prepaid cards, prices available via auction or similar process, or quotes available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.

Verification of Claims. All requests, claims, and quotes are subject to verification by Naxos Cruises. Naxos Cruises will not accept website screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower quote that cannot be independently confirmed by Naxos Cruises personnel. Nor will Naxos Cruises verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive either a revised Naxos Cruises cost to beat the lower quote.

Changes. Naxos Cruises reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any cash award that has already been approved. The failure by Naxos Cruises to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
